You can purchase two main types of vouchers:
Monetary Vouchers: Vouchers with a specific Rand value that can be used towards any treatment.
Treatment Vouchers: Vouchers specific to a predetermined spa package or service.
How long are the vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Can I use a voucher at other Life Day Spa branches?
Yes, vouchers can be used for treatments at any Life Day Spa location within the Life Day Spa Group.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchasing a voucher?
No, once a voucher has been purchased, the spa has a strict policy that no refund will be issued.
Can I use my voucher to purchase retail products?
No, vouchers can only be redeemed for treatments and cannot be used to purchase retail products.
What happens if the price of the treatment increases after I buy a voucher?
The voucher is valid for the treatment at its current price on the day of presentation. If the price of the treatment has increased since the voucher was purchased, the holder will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for a booking made with a voucher?
A 24-hour notice period is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. If the notice is not given in time, the full treatment fee will apply, and the voucher will be automatically redeemed.
How early should I arrive for my scheduled treatment?
You are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time to change and fill in the consultation card. Guests are also welcome to arrive 60 minutes prior to enjoy the complimentary spa facilities.
Is there an age restriction for guests at the spa?
Yes, guests must be older than 16 years, unless previous arrangements have been made with spa management.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
Late arrival will result in a reduction in your treatment time, but the full treatment fee will still apply. The spa requests punctuality to ensure all guests can enjoy their full session.
